I was on Etira this afternoon up at the Uriah NE HL when out of the blue there were 3 military guys just like the cinimatic. They didn't say a word and wernt there but a brief moment before they disapeared like simlacrums do. I thought I had snapped a SS in time, but sadly I just have the simlacrum poof animation. : (
