Anyone else even thinking of seeing this?
Alternatively, anyone read the graphic novel?
I know it's going to be a mess of a story, but supposedly it's quite solid, and gamers 'get it'. I don't know if a film that is supposed to appeal to gamers is a selling point to me as a gamer. Maybe I should stick to the graphic novel that was considered excellent, rather than a film that's considered 'good'...

I want to go see this very badly.
Inception and Scott Pilgrim are the two movies I've wanted to watch for most of the year.
Afterwards the final volume of the comic will be available and I'l read it all for comparison.

The movie hasn't done amazingly well so far, but I'm guessing this is one of those massive cult DVD sellers rather than box office #1.
Don't know if you've tried the game, I gave it a go on PSN and was pretty cool.

The game does look retro-tastic :D

I'd like to see it, but I only have £3-4 of enthusiasm for it. No where in London for that price....
Kotaku suggests it's a bit hurried towards the end. I'd much have prefered for the to take their time and make it longer or two films. I'm sure i'l eventually see it either way. Maybe I'l luck out and it'l be on the plane to or on the way back from the states.

I've read that it's a better watch if you've read the graphic novel first.

I actually watched this a few days ago and thought it was actually pretty great. It was alot better than I was expecting and in my opinion it was a new take on movies with the effects and the way scenes were shot. Good stuff Imo.
