That's jsut part of a discussion on the MxO boards that has been going on since day one almost. And that pic is really old (Check out the CSR's server!). The dev's have always said that they might increase the cap one day, just it would take a LONG time because you'd need new abilities etc.

It's not a dispute of "if" it will happen, it's "when"...
