were having the same problem with m1dnights account, weve even treid re activatin it but after bout 6-7 times its sayin it wont accept the card, thats fair enough i guess exept for the fact that its the same card i use to pay for mine an my accounts fine....
we treid mailin the tech support guys too but its been 3 days now an nothin if anyones got any ideas on wat to do next im all ears

Go there, it's a link to the live support chat. Just fill in the details (when its online, as its only up certain hours!) then speak to a live op. They are pretty damned slow at talking to you, but can be pretty helpful! Oh and btw, if you pick MxO as the game and it says it's not acceptable or soemthing like that, just pick any old game, it doesnt matter!

well i phoned um up not long ago and according to the guy i spoke too mxo isnt accepting my card anymore (im guessin soe fucked somet up with the change over cus i can still pay for swg with it :s) and the only other card i have is a switch card.. to my knowlege that isnt accepted either is it? so long story short it looks like im leavin mxo maybe permanent this time but this time its takin m1d down too :( , dunno wat to say really now only been back a fekin month an its screwed already lol anyways its been fun playin with u all again will be on xfire if anyone wants to keep in touch or play some CSS
