Desktop Streaming

Does anyone know of a program that lets you stream your desktop and use the stream as a webcam, e.g. i could let MSN or whatever other programs use it instead of a normal webcam?

Google turned up alot of results, but most were for just uploading to an ftp or similar, which doesn't really help! :(
