This article intrigued me. At first it sounded like PvP would be possible only in 'zones' but it seems the players create the zones through raids/attacking ports and settlements.

I'm intrigued, but i'l likely be unable to play it and miss the initial rush :(

yeah.. teh chara creation is ace in that game, as is the choice of english / french etc


however its a bit odd. the ship combat and actual human combat feel like 2 separate games tacked together.. its very odd.

The ship side was actully more fun IMO, i didnt realy like their combat style. however blasting with cannons to rip of masts n disable a ship , and then blow it to smithereens was really fun!
